Accommodation

We have reserved a block of rooms for attendees during the week of the conference at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas. The ACM negotiated rate is $109 + applicable taxes for a single rate (1 King) and $129 + applicable taxes for a double rate (2 full sized beds), and is only available till November 10, 2017. Some of the useful features of this accommodation include:

• The hotel is located at 4315 Swenson Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89119, and is only about 1 mile (or 1.6 kms) from the conference venue, the Student Union of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). See the 1st map below for walking directions from the hotel to the conference.
• We will also be arranging a shuttle for transportation between Embassy Suites and the Conference Venue in the morning and in the evening.
• Complimentary self parking is available.
• The hotel is about 2 miles from the LAS airport. The taxi fare should be about $10-15. See the 2nd map below for driving directions from the airport to the hotel.
• The negotiated rate includes full cooked-to-order breakfast.
• Nightly reception from 5:30-7:30pm including snacks.
• All negotiated rooms are two-room suites.
• Hotel provides shuttle transportation to and from the Las Vegas strip.
