Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art, UNLV
The Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art is a museum located on the main campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, established in 1967.
The museum was originally instituted as a natural history museum with a focus on the natural history and environment of Nevada and the broader Southwestern United States. In December 2011, the Barrick joined the UNLV College of Fine Arts and became the anchor of the Galleries at UNLV.
During the reception, participants will have the opportunity to explore the art exhibits on display in the Barrick Museum.
Light refereshments and beverages will be offered during the reception.
Participants can easily reach the Museum on foot. The museum is a 5-min walk from the conference venue. Signs will be posted to guide attendees to the Museum.

Stratosphere Observation Deck
The Stratosphere Las Vegas (formerly Vegas World) is a hotel, casino, and tower located on Las Vegas Boulevard just north of the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. The property's signature attraction is the 1,149 ft (350.2 m) Stratosphere Tower, the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States, and the second-tallest in the Western Hemisphere, surpassed only by the CN Tower in Toronto, Ontario. It is the tallest tower west of the Mississippi River and also the tallest structure in Las Vegas and in the State of Nevada.
The Tower is a unique, iconic fixture in the Vegas skyline where you’ll enjoy a magnificent 360 degree view of the shimmering Las Vegas Strip and Valley.
Participants will enjoy a special three course menu while enjoying spectacular views of the Las Vegas skyline.
Transportation will be provided to and from the banquet venue.
